Why are you stressed? During tax season many Americans are stressed beyond the normal day to day stress levels of our fast paced life.
Stress is not only one of the major risk factors for Bruxism, or clenching and grinding teeth at night, stress also has many other harmful effects on your body and behavior.
Stress symptoms may be affecting your health in ways you may not realize. You may think something else is to blame for that nagging headache, your frequent insomnia or your decreased productivity at work. But stress may actually be the culprit.

Untreated, stress can contribute to many health problems, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity and diabetes, and bruxism.
